Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a practice that aims to help you recover from an injury, reduce your pain, alleviate stiffness, increase mobility and help to prevent further injury. It is guided by the latest scientific evidence on the best ways to repair and strengthen the body.
A treatment session may involve either massage, muscle release or joint mobilisation plus stretching and strengthening exercises.
