The Practice

I teach a technique where you close your eyes and repeat a mantra (sound) in your mind which can allow you to move past your thoughts and experience a deep sense of relaxation in both your body and your mind. It takes 20minutes once or twice a day and can be done anywhere that you can find a comfortable place to sit.

This practice is perfect for anyone who is new to meditation or who finds meditating difficult. This technique does not require you to concentrate or to try and control your thoughts. It is simple to learn and the benefits are profound.
