Meditation can help!
The Practice
I teach a technique where you close your eyes and repeat a mantra (sound) in your mind. As you repeat this mantra in your mind you will notice that you can move past your thoughts and experience a deep sense of relaxation in both your body and your mind. It takes 20minutes and can be practiced once or twice a day anywhere that you can find a comfortable place to sit.
This practice is perfect for anyone who is new to meditation or who has found meditating difficult in the past. This technique does not require you to concentrate or to try and control your thoughts. It is simple to learn and the benefits are profound.
